Can I order from the country that I am resident in?

We ship everywhere, except the US, Australia and New Zealand, but we strongly recommend you check your country and state laws to check that you can legally purchase the products we sell.

We cannot be held responsible for persons who choose to act in conflict with their national laws and we do not encourage anyone to do so.

Why do you not allow orders from the US?

As far as we are aware it is illegal under Federal Law to order cannabis seeds in the USA, Australia and New Zealand despite certain states having passed their own Medical Marijuana laws. We hope this law will change, and we continue to watch American legal changes with interest. As soon as there are any positive changes we will change our shipping policy.

Are cannabis / marijuana seeds legal to grow? If not why do you sell them?

In the UK and Europe it is legal to own, buy and sell cannabis seeds but it is illegal to germinate and cultivate them under national drug laws. Each country has its own drug laws, which are constantly changing, so we suggest you research your own local laws.

Our seeds are sold as genetic preservation souvenirs to help protect the cannabis gene pool for future use and research. Where cannabis cultivation is illegal we suggest storage of seeds until changes to laws. The seeds we sell are only suggested for germination in countries where it is legal to do so.

What type of currency and payment do you accept?

When you place an order, you will receive an invoice with the exact amount, in Euros, and our bank details. With the invoice you can do the payment by bank transfer. When we received your payment, we will ship out your order.


How long will it take until I receive my order?

Generally Dutch orders are received within 1-3 working days.  Orders to Europe are received within 3-14 workings days and orders to the rest of the world within 7-21 workings days.  We would appreciate your patience when waiting for orders so please only get in touch if your order is getting towards the end of these times or if it has passed. We will then do our best to help.

How do you send out my order?

All orders are sent discreetly.  When an order arrives we carefully decide whether it should be sent in a plain, protective envelope, a DVD case for added protection or something else even more secure for longer deliveries.  Your name and address, only, are handwritten on the envelope.

How do I know if you have received and dispatched my order?

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing your order number and confirming your ordered items. If you have any queries about your order, please quote your order number when contacting us. We will send you another e-mail containing your tracking reference, once your order has been dispatched.

Are postage costs included in the price of products?

No, you will be charged for postage separately and according to what you are ordering and where you are having your order sent to.
